Company Profile
Diversified’s Boston office was founded with
the mission of providing objective tenant
representation, project programming, construction administration, facilities management
and move coordination to our clients. Our Hartford, CT office was founded
in 1996 to better serve the Hartford, New Haven and Western MA markets and in 2007 we added a Stamford, CT location to support the growing need for our services in the Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
Over time, we have grown to become one of the largest and most
respected project management firms in New England and have managed projects
locally and nationally. Since 1989, we have worked with
hundreds of clients totaling millions of square feet of space in
virtually every type of business. Some specific industries have
included; legal, software development, manufacturing, business
services, telecommunications, high-tech, health care, biotech, school/institutional, financial
services and many others.
The Diversified team is comprised of full-time Project
Executives and Managers who interact to solve problems. Our staff comes
from a variety of backgrounds and has extensive experience in general
contracting, architecture, design, systems furniture, relocation, facilities
management and CAD/CAFM.
Diversified is not compensated through vendor commissions or by
percentage of project incentives. However, our constant interaction with
the various vendors gives us buying power and ensures that they provide
our clients the highest level of service and attention to detail. All
revenues are generated on a fee-for-service basis, ensuring that there
are no hidden agendas, and that our clients’ best interests are truly
represented. Diversified is not owned by or affiliated with any companies
or vendors.
